Put the green house up. Was easy and fairly sturdy. The size is nice. The shelves are nice.One zipper seemed like you needed to be extremely gentle or it would slip open. Like the teeth aren’t being pushed together. It got cold las night. The plastic tightened up. The door came open. A green house with an open door in the cold has no value.Now I have to figure out if I’m going to send it back. I’d really like it to just be this one cover and get a new cover. The size is just right for my spot.Update:My husband partially resolved the issue by squishing the moving part of the zipper closer together, so it zips more tightly.I’m also going to sew in a hook and loop back up closure.The company did respond. They asked for pictures which is totally reasonable. I just missed the response.We found our own solution bc we needed to protect our plants.Very cheap especially the zippers, wouldn’t buy again bad support. They didn’t want to replace because zipper broke. I’d go for a permanent greenhouse over one of these next timeNot sturdy enough. The zipper broke for the entry door and now I'm not sure how to keep it closed.The strings to hold it in place keep breakingWe have staked this to the ground with tent spikes as well as tying it to a solid structure and this greenhouse CANNOT handle any level of wind. It's basically a kite. I had placed 50 lb bags of dirt on each top shelf hoping that would help...but nope....it is still a kite.Don't waste your money!! Put it together had secured in ground. Three hours later it tipped over and broke the connections. The company said they would replace connectors. I want to returned it. This product is terrible and costumer services is worse. they only gave me less than half my money back. Totally waste of time and money.The cheap plastic connectors and rods that are the supports for this tent broke in so many places that the tent wouldn’t stand in less than 2 months. I had it in a corner against 2 solid walls in North Texas, so there wasn’t much wind. Now they only want to refund me a small fraction of the purchase price.Amazon said they would issue my full refund, but that hasn’t happened yet either.
