Wasn’t sure if these would be a thin metal, so I was so happy when I received them and found that they are super sturdy for the 6 floating cedar shelves that my husband made for me. You definitely won’t be disappointed!I was very pleased with these brackets. The person installing them had no complaints. We did have 2 that were slightly longer than the others but it created no problem. I had read several negative reviews but I really liked their look so I went ahead and ordered. So glad I did.Cheap drywall anchors, but overall great productEven with the wall anchors these shelves are not sturdy at all. If you can’t put these in a wall stud, I would not recommend. I’m returning mine.Unsightly and weak welds.The anchor and holes are wider than a typical stud, so if you're mounting to a stud you'll only be able to use 2 out of the 4 holes and only 1 side will be secured. The anchor area/part should simply be rotated to be vertical not horizontal.Have to return.I haven’t installed it yet when I do I will post a picture,it’s what I wanted Ian very happy thanksBeautiful but Unfortunately these just won’t hold up a real shelf the weld is weak and bends and sags I literally bend it back up and watch it sag back down . Really awkward I bought two packs and now I’m lost on what to use .Love it very light weight perfect for what I needed it forI really like these shelf brackets they're really sleek and stylish and I would absolutely buy them again. I did not use the anchors that came with it as they're pretty flimsy looking and I needed to use Molly bolts which means I needed to provide my own hardware anyways. I wouldn't rely on the acres they give you especially in my case where it was plaster and last walls and very large heavy shelf. I've had my shelf up for a couple months now they look great they're held fast 10 out of 10For a plant shelf, must be drilled into the studs because it must hold the weight of a watered plant + pot. The issue I had was that the where the holes are placed on the bracket were wider than my studs which meant 2 holes were in a stud and the other 2 were in drywall. The plugs in this set are trash, I bought drywall plugs from Home Depot and all went well. I like how it looks and how well it holds up the plants.They are easy to install. They look beautiful. I'm really happy with the quality and the look of them. I receive so many compliments already and have only had them a few weeks. They are sturdy and nice quality. The brackets were under $50 and the boards were in my friends garage. VoilaI like the look of the brackets. I added them for more support to a floating shelf.I attempted to use the wall plugs and screws provided.. however… when inserting the screw into the plug… the plug just went thru the drywall. Every one of them.I ended up having to buy better plugs.. and different screws to fit those plugs.Love the look of these but I had a huge problem with the drywall plugs. They are cheap and tore right out of the wall when I attempted to drive the screw in. I have installed many of these types of drywall anchor and never had this happen. Now I have Huge holes in my wall. Not happy about it.
